How is the cost worked out?
It depends on scope. We work it out after a 30-minute scoping call, and you get it in a written proposal. We don't publish rates.
Who owns the code?
You do. IP is assigned to you on payment and the work stays in your repositories.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any access to your systems or data.
What if an engineer isn't the right fit?
Tell us within the first two weeks and the engagement ends with no fee. After that, we replace the engineer within ten working days.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 Gulf Standard Time (GMT+4). Support replies: urgent issues within 4 working hours, standard issues within 1 working day, low-priority issues within 2 working days.
Can I interview the engineers?
Yes, every one. You interview every engineer before they join, and you see two profiles for each role.
